MILESTONES

  • Walter Kron establishes the Oil Control GmbH

  • The development and distribution of valve and hydraulic components for well-known mobile machine manufacturers becomes the core competence

  • Establishment of the "Seals" department within Oil Control GmbH

  • The "Seals" department has "transformed" and gone its own way

    Spin-off from the Oil Control GmbH and establishment of Seal Concept GmbH

  • Seal Concept GmbH starts its own production of machined seals

  • The production of Seal Concept GmbH can now make seals up to ø 720 mm in shift operation

    With the use of "Red Super polymer" as a new sealing material, seals can now be offered for other special solutions too in areas that were hitherto limited. 

    Sale of the shares of Oil Control GmbH to Bosch Rexroth AG

  • Seal Concept GmbH takes over the sales activities of the former Oil Control GmbH and becomes the largest German sales partner of Bosch Rexroth Oil Control in mobile hydraulics. At the same time, both divisions Seals and Hydraulics, work under a single "roof".

  • Foundation of Seal Concept GmbH International

  • The company expands its portfolio by including design and manufacture of "power packs"

  • Success also needs space — the existing property is being expanded by the addition of a new office and production line

  • Expansion of the CNC machine park and QA with modern testing equipment.

  • Customer-specific control blocks increasingly the focus of sales, so Seal Concept pools the know-how in a separate department

  • In March, Seal Concept is starting its new ERP system, reorganising its master data and can now also respond to customers and our long-term partners in a more customer-specific and future-proof manner using high quality data.

  • Sales is being organised with a new regional structure in order to be even closer to the customer. Teams in which specialists from both fields work together create comprehensive competence through the shortest possible information paths.

    Acquisition of modern IT support in quality management and preparation for recertification in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015.
